Kindergarten (ages 3-6)

The Kindergarten classroom is a large, open-plan space that includes various learning environments.

Free play during this stage is for us a means of self-expression and learning, as we believe that the child’s sense of self is constructed through play.

Children’s unsupervised play is the highest cultural form for a child. Kids who have been able to play well and for long periods of time will be better adults. Francesco Tonucci.

Driven by their inner interests and motivations, children may work spontaneously, whether alone or in a group, or they may choose to join the workshops that the accompanying adults organize to address their needs and interests.

The Kindergarten Classroom

The kindergarten classroom is divided into various learning environments provided with structured and unstructured open-ended materials that have different degrees of difficulty and which are suitable for learning through self-directed experimentation and discovery.
